When booking a service with us via email, online booking or over the phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Full Contact details must be provided on booking.

Please contact us to confirm your area is covered.

Payment must be made on the same day of the work being carried out.

We accept payments via BACs or Cash.

Please allow 24hrs notice for any cancellations, this includes both parties.

Interior vehicles that are heavily soiled i.e. mud, pet hair etc, an additional charge will apply. Charges will be agreed by both parties prior to work commencing

All items should be removed from the vehicle prior to work being carried out. Failing to do so could lead to the vehicle not being fully cleaned. ***

We welcome all feedback for the service you have received. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, contact us within 24 hours of any work being carried out.

We do take photo’s of any work carried out for marketing and advertisement purposes, we will be sure to cover number plates & we also respect the privacy of the surrounding area’s (house’s / neighbours / general surroundings) If you wish for us to not take pictures be sure to let us know.

PLEASE NOTE (***)
• We do ask you to remove any personal belongings
from your vehicle. Just to ensure we can carry out
the work comfortably knowing you have taken
out anything of value to you.

Children’s car seats including isofix base

• Door pockets, seat pockets, cubby holes &
glove box are a few places to check.
